What happens if my trip goes over the 10 hour or 380km limit?
Our standard private transfer rates cover up to 10 hours of service or a total distance of 380km. If your specific route or schedule exceeds these limits, an additional surcharge may apply. It is best to provide your estimated itinerary when booking so we can confirm the final price for you.
How do I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?
If you have booked our arrival package, a representative will be waiting for you at the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name on it. For those using the Fast-Track service, our staff will actually meet you before you reach the immigration area to help you through the priority lanes.
Are road tolls and parking fees included in the price?
Yes, the price you pay includes all necessary parking fees and road tolls for your journey. You do not need to worry about having local currency ready for these costs. Please note that personal expenses, meals, and optional tips for your driver are not included.
Can we customize our route or make stops along the way?
