- During peak hours, multiple travelers may use Fast Track at the same time, so for a noticeably faster immigration experience, we recommend choosing the VIP options.
- Our airport staff will meet you before the immigration checkpoint, holding a welcome sign with your name and guide you directly to the Fast Track lane. Please note that the service fee mainly covers the priority immigration lane arrangement, not full assistance throughout the airport. Once you have been directed to the correct lane, our staff may leave to assist other arriving passengers.
- Travelers who require full assistance through immigration, baggage claim, and escort to the airport exit are advised to select the Luggage & Escort add-on option when booking.
- Fast Track services are not available for passengers holding Vietnamese nationality (Vietnamese passport holders).
- Please send us all required information via WhatsApp or email. We cannot proceed with the service until all required information is received and will not be responsible for any delays caused by missing details.
- Children traveling with adults must also be booked under an adult ticket to be registered for the Fast Track service.
